Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items such as customized or sale products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
